Richard C. Morris Jr.

Founder, RMJ SOFTWARE LLC

Richard C. Morris Jr. brings nearly three decades of software industry experience to RMJ SOFTWARE LLC. Since beginning his career in 1998, he has worked across a wide range of industries, including legal technology, news and media, healthcare, education, banking, and e-commerce.

Throughout his career, Richard has specialized in software quality assurance, with a primary focus on performance engineering—ensuring that software is reliable, scalable, and capable of performing under real-world demands.

His career has included work with major organizations such as Quest Diagnostics, LexisNexis, Akamai Technologies, and QVC, providing experience with complex software systems serving users at significant scale across very different industries.

After decades spent evaluating, testing, and improving software, Richard founded RMJ SOFTWARE LLC to apply that experience directly to building products of his own. The company’s approach reflects the principles that have guided his career: solve real problems, keep software practical and intuitive, and build products that perform reliably when people depend on them.

Today, RMJ Software is developing a growing portfolio of applications, including CoachHQ, as well as additional products designed around real-world needs and focused user experiences.
